Meet Joshua Borg. Passionate about all things health and wellbeing, Josh is a long-distance marathon runner and dedicated fitness professional holding Certificate III and IV in Fitness. He’s committed to helping clients feel stronger, move better, and genuinely enjoy their training.

Josh offers personalised 1:1 personal training sessions - with your first session free - alongside high-energy HIIT group classes designed to push your limits in a fun and supportive environment. He also leads a 5km Run Club every Saturday, perfect for those looking to improve their running or connect with a likeminded fitness community.
